Housing Manager

We are seeking to employ an experienced individual to supervise the delivery of our key strategic and operational objectives within our Housing Team to support resident-led, continuous improvement through effective operational management of Govan Housing Association’s Housing and Community Engagement teams. You will manage the teams in their activities to comply with all statutory, regulatory, governance and good practice requirements in relation to housing management.

A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service is required, as is a detailed knowledge and understanding of the ARC and Scottish Social Housing Charter.

The role will have line management responsibility for the Housing and Community Engagement teams and you should have recent experience of successfully managing and supporting staff to achieve targets and objectives.
