The main purpose of this role is to support customers and households at risk of homelessness, taking a holistic and asset-based community development approach to enable tenancy sustainment and support the aims of River Clyde Homes Group strategic objectives and to provide intensive support to help vulnerable customers to maintain their tenancy where it is at risk.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have recent experience of undertaking a similar role and providing person-centred support and  an understanding of social housing and homelessness services and knowledge of key stakeholders / specialist organisations who can offer support and guidance.
