This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape our financial future while supporting the delivery of high-quality housing and services to our community.
What You’ll Do
As part of our Senior Management Team, you’ll:
- Lead and manage all financial and IT operations.
- Advise the Director and Management Committee on financial strategy and systems.
- Oversee budget setting, monitoring, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.
- Manage treasury functions and loan portfolios to ensure sustainability.
- Prepare and submit key financial returns to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
- Collaborate across departments to support strategic goals and service delivery.
- Review and implement new and revised policies for organisational improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven experience in the social housing sector.
- Strong financial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation.
