About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail‑focused Finance Administrator to join our dedicated Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with colleagues across the department, you will play an important part in supporting our financial processes and ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. The team is led by the Director of Finance and IT, who sets the strategic direction and fosters a supportive, collaborative working environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Finance Administrator, your main responsibility will be accurate and timely data input relating to the financial tasks outlined in the job profile. Your work will help maintain reliable financial records, support effective financial management, and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality services for our tenants, partners, and wider community.
You will be an essential part of the team, helping us meet deadlines, uphold strong financial controls, and provide excellent service to colleagues across the organisation.
Who We’re Looking For

- Organised and thorough, with the ability to handle data accurately and consistently
- Friendly and collaborative, enjoying working with others and supporting wider team goals
- Comfortable with financial systems and processes, with a background in finance administration, particularly purchase ledger tasks such as invoice processing and coding, as well as sales ledger work, bank reconciliations, and supporting effective financial controls
- A good communicator, able to work well with colleagues at all levels
