Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years.  We own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units. The Roles

At Maryhill our Caretaking and Estate Management service has made a real impact on our communities.  We currently have opportunities available in our Caretaking team for highly motivated and enthusiastic team players.

You should be a friendly self-starter with the ability to think on your feet to solve problems and have eye on excellent customer service at all times. Experience of working with ground maintenance, grass cutting and cleaning equipment is required for these roles.  We also need you to be able to drive to work across our spread of properties.

On Offer

These roles have a salary banding of £22,993 - £23,831 pro rata, EVH Grade TAS2.  In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave, 11 days public holiday and access to a contributory pension scheme.

  • Successful record in the delivery of a high quality cleaning or grounds maintenance services
  • A friendly, customer-focussed attitude
  • A full, valid driving licence
