Development & Projects Manager

We are looking for a Development & Projects Manager who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Director of Development & Asset Management to Managing the delivery of the Association’s development programme, identified property projects and to secure partners’ support for pipeline opportunities.
You should:
- Have detailed working knowledge of housing association development process and programme management and able to meet key deadlines
- Have proven leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team
- Have the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured reports
- Have possession of a relevant property professional qualification or knowledge, experience and ability at an equivalent level.
