As Customer Service Advisor (Asset), you will provide a front line service to our tenants and visitors, welcoming them at our reception area, over the telephone, by email and other digital communication channels providing them with the correct information and advice. The role involves logging, processing and administering day to day repairs, providing asset administration support to the Asset team, working collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders across the organisation.
We are looking for three candidates who will have experience in delivering high standards of customer service to the public in a front facing role, be able to demonstrate good ICT, organisational and administrative skills. Good communication skills are also a must to liaise effectively with colleagues, contractors and all relevant stakeholders across our organisation. You will be a team player who delivers the highest levels of customer care and most importantly will align to our values and strategic ambitions.
