You will play a key role in providing effective administrative support across all functions of the Corporate Services team.

About the Role

Reporting to our Corporate Services Officer, you will play a key role in providing effective administrative support across all functions of the Corporate Services team.

You will play a key role in:

  • Providing administrative support to the Corporate Services Officer and across all Corporate Services functions
  • Assisting with the co-ordination and distribution on all Board papers required to support the governance structure
  • Providing administration and tracking of insurance claims
  • Maintaining of Registers within the Corporate Services function e.g. Shareholders, Entitlement, Benefits and Payment, Gifts and Hospitality and contracts
  • Assist with the administration and tracking of complaints to ensure response within the required timescales

About You

  • Excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise your workload, while working flexibly to respond to changing business priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Confident IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and electronic document or action tracking systems
  • Good understanding of governance, regulation, legislation and company secretarial compliance and best practice, preferably with a Registered Social Landlord setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training and continued professional development
