Corporate Services Assistant

The Corporate Services Assistant plays a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the organisation, with a primary focus on Corporate Services, while also supporting ICT and Human Resources functions.
The key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the office environment, maintaining and monitoring office supplies, supporting organisational systems, processes and admin procedures, assist in co-ordinating activities and events, plan, record and monitor staff training and development activities, provide governance support including committee engagement and meeting preparation and providing HR and ICT admin support.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload across corporate services, HR, and ICT functions. They will be a team player who is equally comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A positive, flexible approach is essential, along with a commitment to supporting colleagues, improving processes, and contributing to an efficient and well-run organisation.
