Chartered Surveyor (City Markets)

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week), Part Time will also be considered.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within City Property (Glasgow) LLP for a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in Estates Management to work with our Markets Team at the Wholesale Fruit Market in Blochairn. The Markets Estates Surveyor will support the Markets Manager with the management and enhancement of the Blochairn Market portfolio whilst ensuring all lease obligations are met. The role will be responsible for reviewing expenditure, recharges, maximising income and improving performance across wholesale and retail operations.

Applicants must be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
