CHA has a long, proud history of providing good quality, affordable housing for people in housing need.  We own and manage c.1,200 homes for affordable rent, act as factor to another c. 600 owner occupied properties and have an active wider role programme.  We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join our high-performing staff team.

Accounts Assistant
EVH Grade 5 (PA13-PA16): Salary £30,250 from 01 April 2025
Full Time (35 hours per week), Monday-Friday, Permanent

You will be a valuable member of the Finance & Corporate Services section and will provide assistance and support in delivering an efficient and effective finance service for the Association and its subsidiary companies.

Applicants will require a good understanding of double-entry book-keeping, be able to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.  A commitment to a high level of customer service is also essential.
