Health & Safety Forum June
10 Jun 2026 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Our H&S Forums are a valuable opportunity where members receive support and advice from ACS and EVH, whilst networking with other EVH members. Join us for our next quarterly H&S Forum on Wednesday 10 June covering Risk Assessments in Practice.
Risk Assessments are not only a legal requirement for employers to complete, but are also a vital tool to help prevent accidents at work, reduce injuries, generate awareness of hazards and help managers make decisions on risk and any adjustments required.
FORUM CONTENT
- Overview of common failures in risk assessments
- What “suitable and sufficient” really looks like
- Practical examples of improving risk assessment quality
The session will be led by Emma Willey and Angela Johnson from ACS Learning & Consultancy and is aimed at any staff or management with responsibility for health and safety.
To book please complete the booking form, in the downloads section, and sent to events@evh.org.uk. Spaces are initially limited to one person per organisation to give everyone a fair opportunity to attend. We expect this event to be popular and will be taking bookings on a first-come, first-served basis therefore, early booking is advisable to secure your place. If you wish any additional spaces, you can ask to add names to the waiting list and if we can accommodate them, we will contact you on Friday 5 June.
