Employment Rights Bill Update

17 Sep 2025

Join us for this online session on the Employment Rights Bill to keep up to date, understand when it is likely we will see changes happen and understand what you can do to prepare.

The Government has announced that the Employment Rights Bill will likely receive Royal Assent at the end of September or the beginning of October 2025 which will signify the Bill’s passage into law.  We also now have more information on what will change and when through the Government’s Road Map.

These changes won’t happen overnight, but organisations should be using this time to prepare. During this session we will provide some practical information on what’s changing and when, practical tips on how to approach this, along with the opportunity to discuss and share ideas with other organisations.

The session will be led by Lorna Ravell, HR Support Manager and Jonny Cunningham, Lead HR Advisor and is aimed at Senior Officers and staff who have a responsibility for human resources.

Join us online via Zoom on Wednesday 17 September. We will be hosting this session twice on the day with the first time slot at 10.00am – 11.00am and the second at 6.00pm – 7.00pm to help accommodate all attendees.  Please mark on booking form which time you would prefer.

Please note these are member only session and there will be a nominal charge of £25 + VAT per delegate. Bookings can be made by completing the booking form in the downloads sections and emailing to Events@evh.org.uk.
