Mindfulness Challenge: Stop complaining for 30 days!

Join Martin Stepek to begin the Ten for Zen “30 Days of No Complaining” challenge! This challenge is easy to start and can be included in even the busiest of lives. It will soon make you see clearly what you’ve got to be grateful for and help you feel calmer and happier.  Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness, will join us on Tuesday 1 April at 2pm for one hour and guide you into the beginning of this challenge .

This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to pre book their place.  Please note delegates who do not attend will be charged a £20 administration fee which will be donated to CHAS.  We will accept substitutions at any time.
