Approved Variations

EVH are delighted to let our full members know about a new concept called Approved Variations which has been agreed by the JNC and allows some flexibility with the full member terms and conditions of employment.
The aim of this new concept is to ensure that EVH full members can be competitive in attracting and retaining staff by allowing flexibility in areas which will be supportive of this.
During this session we will provide more information about approved variations including what is involved, what the current list includes and how full members can make use of this new concept.
At this event we would also like to hear from our full members on what areas they would like to see featured on this list and will provide time at the event for discussion and feedback on this. Any suggestions will be considered and where appropriate discussed with UNITE at the JNC.
Join us on Wednesday 12 November online via Zoom or in Betty’s Room for a buffet lunch and the opportunity to network. The session will begin at 12.30pm and conclude at 2.00pm and is suitable for anyone with HR responsibilities in EVH full member organisations.
Please note this is a member only session and is free to attend. Bookings which are withdrawn without a substitution 48 hours before the event will be charged a £20 administration fee (this will be donated to CHAS) as will those who do not attend.
Bookings can be made by completing the booking form in the downloads sections and emailing Events@evh.org.uk. Delegates will receive an email from a member of the Events Team to confirm their place and joining instructions will be issued nearer the event.
