What is Employee Counselling?

We had an interesting session on 11 March 2024 presented by Rowan Consultancy.  This session covered what support is provided through Rowan’s employee counselling service and when it could be an appropriate support intervention for an employee.  This session was aimed at Managers or HR Professionals and was a really positive event that delegates found very informative.
