Most functional or standalone specialist roles rarely focus on people management or leadership skills, therefore many in first line management positions (or those who aspire towards them) may lack in-depth exposure to the required skill set.

The next set of dates for our Future Leaders Programme are Wednesdays 18 Oct, 1, 15 & 29 Nov and 13 Dec 2023 and will run from 9.30am - 4.30pm each day with a buffet lunch included.  For more information on this programme please see the attached flyer in the download section.

The cost for this programme offers incredible value for money at only £685 + VAT for EVH Members and £1,370 + VAT for non-members of EVH.
