Age Inclusion Webinar

EVH in conjunction with Age Scotland are running a session on “Age Inclusion” and what can be done to make your organisation more age-inclusive?

The Age Scotland vision is “A Scotland which is the best place in the world to growolder. Everyone, whatever our age, has a stake in ensuring that later lives are rewarding, because this is the future each of us faces. We not only aspire to this but can contribute to achieving it. We believe life is for living, and everyone should have the opportunity to live happily and well, for as long as they can.” Their mission is “to inspire, involve and empower older people in Scotland, and influence others, so that people in Scotland enjoy better later lives.”

This Webinar will focus on raising awareness of age and ageism in the workplace and its potential consequences for organisations and individuals. It will also identify ways in which you can develop a more age inclusive workplace.  There will be plenty of opportunity for questions after the presentation.  Look at the flyer in the download section for more information.

Join us via Zoom on Monday 27 March 2023 from 10.30 am to 12.30pm with Yvonne Kerr from Age Scotland.  This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to pre book their place as spaces are limited.  Bookings which are withdrawn without a substitution 48 hours before will be charged a £20 administration fee (this will be donated to CHAS) as will those who do not attend.  We will accept substitutions at any time.
