May Mindfulness Session

Following on from our last successful mindfulness session we are delighted to announce another free session to all our members.

Mindful walking: a great stress buster!  
Mental Health Awareness Week in May this year shines a light on the importance of movement to your mental health.  Martin will join us at 10am on Thursday 30th May to guide you in mindful walking and show you how you can get a huge positive boost to your wellbeing.  A mindful walk on the way to work, during a lunch break, or on the way home, can be a great stressbuster and a terrific way to clear your head of noise for a more effective and enjoyable day at the office, or a more relaxed evening at home.  As a bonus, all attendees will receive a handy video on one of Martin’s mindful walks, offering valuable hints and tips.

This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to pre book their place.  Please note that bookings which are withdrawn without a substitution 48 hours before the event will be charged a £20 administration fee (this will be donated to CHAS) as will those who do not attend.  We will accept substitutions at any time.  To book your place for this event please email completing the form in the download section.

You will receive an email from a member of the Events Team to confirm your place and joining instructions will be issued nearer the event.
