March Mindfulness Session

Following on from our successful mindfulness session in 2023, EVH are delighted to announce the mindfulness sessions are back again for another year, again free to all members.

The topic for our first session is “A Mindful Day”. Mindfulness is a way of life, and practicing regularly throughout your day helps you develop your mind so you can be more focussed, resilient, and happy. In a busy workplace though it can seem impossible to set aside the time to do any mindful exercises.  Martin Stepek, one of Scotland’s foremost teachers of mindfulness, will join us on Thursday 28 March at 10am to show you how to incorporate mindfulness into even the busiest of workdays. Every person who joins will receive our Ten Minutes for Zen e-book with audio guided practices from one to ten minutes so you can fit a meditation into your day no matter how much time you have to spare.

This session is free for members to attend however we require all delegates to pre book their place.  Please note that bookings which are withdrawn without a substitution 48 hours before the event will be charged a £20 administration fee (this will be donated to CHAS) as will those who do not attend.  We will accept substitutions at any time.
