HR Spotlight: Sexual Harassment Risk Assessments

Following the introduction of the Worker Protection Act 2023, legislation which places a mandatory duty on employers to proactively establish steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, EVH is inviting you to join us at our HR Spotlight event, the focus will be on developing, communicating, and training staff on sexual harassment risk assessments.  The purpose of this session will be to share knowledge around this topic and delegates will have the opportunity to discuss what steps they have taken to identify, consider, and mitigate risks of sexual harassment in the workplace.

This session will take place online via Zoom on Tuesday 17 December 2024 from 9.30am – 11.00am.  We will make use of breakout rooms to ensure all delegates get the chance to participate.  EVH HR Support Manager, Lorna Ravell and Jonny Cunningham, Senior HR Advisor will lead this event.  More information is available on the flyer.
