We are looking for highly motivated individuals to support our Property Services Team, actively progressing and supporting the delivery of asset management, procurement and sustainability strategies, with a focus on the protection of property investment and assets.

The successful candidate will be performance driven, and will demonstrate role flexibility, proficient IT skills, excellent communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.

EVH Grade 6/7: £28,538 - £36,648 (effective from 01/04/20) Salary dependent on experience

Core Responsibilities:
- Commitment to enhanced customer service through the provision of quality advice, information and support to residents and the community.
- High level of technical/ specialist knowledge, focusing on the protection of property assets through the delivery of major repairs/ cyclical and reactive maintenance services.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, reporting and administrative systems.

Key Tasks:
- Developing options and business case appraisals, procuring and delivering projects across all GWHA properties, including representing and liaising with owners and other relevant stakeholders, in relation to factored properties.
- Property inspections/ reporting to assess compliance with SHQS/ EESSH, to inform investment strategy.
- Preparing works specifications and tender documentation in line with GWHA procurement strategy.
- Issuing repairs instructions/ specifications and ensuing contractor compliance.
- Assessing and addressing contractor performance in respect of quality and performance across all functions.
- Representing GWHA at residents and other stakeholder meetings etc.
- Liaising with tenants and others regarding medical adaptations, alterations/ improvements, planning applications, major repairs/ cyclical works programmes.
