Established in 1977 as one of Scotland’s first community-based Housing Associations we have a strong track record of fantastic work in the local community. We now have a housing stock exceeding 1700 units across a wide range of types and ages.

The group comprises of Parkhead Lettings Company, Parkhead Development Company and we have a recently refurbished community and business facility at Parkhead Schoolhouse.

We are positioned close to the 2014 Commonwealth Games Village, Celtic Park and the Emirates Arena. The centre of our community is Parkhead Cross which is a conservation area hosting a number of listed buildings.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic housing professional to join our Technical Team. The successful applicant will focus primarily on delivering the Association’s planned / cyclical / reactive / voids maintenance projects and service contracts ensuring delivery to targets, budgets and value for money. They will also play a key role in the Association’s compliance with EESSH.

A relevant qualification in a building related discipline and experience of working within the social housing industry is desirable.

Working as part of a small team good communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.

The successful applicant will be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
