We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Housing Services Team. We seek a talented individual to step into the role of Senior Housing Services Officer. The selected candidate will be a part of a high performing Housing Services team, to help deliver a high quality, responsive housing management service that delivers and focuses on positive outcomes for tenants and other customers.

Formed in 1975, Milnbank Housing Association is approaching our 50th anniversary and has a long and successful track record of supporting local communities in Dennistoun and Hagill. The Senior Housing Services Officer is a lead role within the Housing Services Team. The duties associated with the position include, but are not limited to, monitoring performance and organising the team with, Arrears Management, Allocations and Void Management, Estate Management, Complaints Handling, Promoting, and encouraging tenant participation.

Looking to the future, our focus will be to continue investing in and improving our properties. We will also consider opportunities to build new social housing in partnership with the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council.
