We are now looking to recruit a Senior Housing Officer (Arrears Performance) who will have responsibility for achieving performance targets, ensuring delivery of high quality customer service and taking a proactive approach in the overall management of arrears.  The Senior Housing Officer (Arrears Performance) will monitor arrears performance and assist the Housing Managers to lead, manage, advise and support Housing Officers and Assistants to deal with Arrears and Welfare Reform.

Candidates will have previous arrears management experience within a Housing Operations environment and be committed to providing a high quality customer service. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential along with a high level of knowledge of Housing Benefit/Universal Credit/arrears processes.  Possession of a relevant Housing Qualification would be advantageous.
