The Role

Link are recruiting an Income and Performance Supervisor to line manage a team of finance officers and administrators responsible for handling payments and income within its Edinburgh based letting agency Link PSL. They will also oversee performance reporting and improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Housing Operations Manager (PSL), the ideal candidate will have a finance related qualification and experience, advanced excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication and organisational skills and either experience of line management or demonstrable leadership skills. Experience within a letting agency or housing provider is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Link PSL manages up to 1800 properties leased from private landlords to the City of Edinburgh Council for temporary accommodation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum HNC or equivalent and experience within finance/accounts, advanced excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication and organisational /project management skills and either experience of line management or demonstrable leadership skills. Experience within housing is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
