Shettleston is a community based housing association, and a Scottish Charity, which has played a major role in the regeneration of the local area for 45 years.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Projects Officer to join our Property Service Team.
Working in our busy Property Services Department you will support the Maintenance Manager to successfully deliver our substantial capital investment programme, including component replacement programmes and works to improve the energy efficiency of our housing stock.
You will be an effective, highly motivated construction professional with excellent project management skills, be able to lead a team successfully and have a track record of delivering substantial construction related projects within time and budget. A strong, all round knowledge of issues relating to the construction, performance, repair and improvement of buildings is essential, along with experience of seeking out, co-ordinating and managing a range of funding resources. A team player with a positive attitude, you will able to contribute strongly within a culture of delivering excellent customer service, learning and good practice.
