Maintenance Assistant

Hours: full time (35 hours per week) with flexi time, hybrid working and evening work expected.

A new vacancy within Williamsburgh Housing Association we are looking for a full time experienced maintenance professional who has the ability to lead on the performance management and quality control of our contractors. With core responsibilities of providing an efficient and comprehensive maintenance, repairs and voids service you will be integral to the success of the operations of the Property team within Williamsburgh Housing Association.

A driving licence with access to a car is an essential part of the role.
