We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated repairs, maintenance and investment team, who can provide a robust and customer-focused support and administrative service to our customers.

Key duties:

  1. Provide a customer focussed support and administrative service to meet the Association’s investment and cyclical maintenance programmes
  2. Provide customer support on repairs, maintenance and investment matters (e.g. dealing with repair requests, queries, etc.) and
  3. Provide a repairs, maintenance and investment administrative service to ensure an efficient and legally complainant service.

Essential criteria:

  1. Experience of working within an investment service or repairs & maintenance service.
  2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the needs of the customer.
  3. Systematic approach to work, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and thoroughness.
