The main purpose of this role is to manage and execute the investment strategy, control existing budgets for the planned and programmed maintenance and inspection of the company’s properties and assets. The postholder will be required to manage all the contracted programmed improvement works, to both the subsidiary and private sector contractors, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and value for money. The candidate must have a degree or equivalent (HNC/HND, RICS or relevant trade qualification), knowledge and experience of financial analysis in relation to asset investment and budgetary control. The candidate must also have extensive knowledge of the management of construction regulations as well as a full driving license. Please see the job description below for more information.
