Housing & Neighbourhood Services Officer

Contract: Fixed term until 31^st March 2025.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Management team in Dunoon for the position of Housing Services Officer.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer care to our tenants along with delivering services which will include arrears management, estate inspections and assistance with all aspects of tenancy conditions.

You will also be responsible for managing and authorising the allocation process in line with legislation, policy and locally agreed targets.

Experience in managing staff is preferred, but is not essential as support and training will be provided.
