Yorkhill Housing Association is a small charitable RSL operating in the west end of Glasgow. We own 456 tenement flats and manage a further 505 units on behalf of other owners. Since 1977 we have established a solid track record of genuine local high quality service provision.

Our long serving Finance Manager is retiring and we are looking for a replacement to join our busy staff team. Duties include preparation of annual accounts, quarterly management accounting, covenant compliance checks, financial forecasting and monitoring of short, medium and long term projections, management of IT systems, and submission of regulatory and statutory returns.

The Finance Manager is a member of the Senior Management Team and will regularly participate in the development and review of strategic, investment and business plans. Preparation and presentation of reports to the Governing Body will also be required.

The successful candidate will have a finance background, ideally in social housing and a commitment to Yorkhill Housing Association’s community ethos.
