We are looking for a new Income Maximisation Officer to join our Factoring Team. You will share our values and will use them to guide the way you work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Factoring Team Leader.

You will provide a Factoring Service to Westscot Living Owners and achieving high standards of performance and customer service.

You should:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and Customer Centred approach, including diplomacy, negotiation, tact and able to build rapport to form effective working relationships with factored owners, internal and external customers
  • Be responsible for day-to-day Factoring Debt Recovery action in line with good practice and WSHA Group’s policy & procedures
  • Have excellent written skills, able to write clear and precise letters and reports
  • Have significant experience of income maximisation techniques / debt recovery processes including taking court action for recovery of debt
