Cadder Housing Association was established in 1994 and is situated in the Northwest of Glasgow.  We own and manage 1050 properties of mixed stock type in Cadder.

If you have a track record of working in landscape and grounds maintenance and feel you can manage our estate caretaking service and make a difference in managing our area we would encourage you to apply for the post of Estate Caretaker Team Leader.

Details of the Post:

The successful candidate should possess a relevant qualification and/or experience in landscape gardening and ground maintenance.  You should have experience of managing a diverse workforce to plan, allocate and post inspect tasks to meet service obligations.  You should have a good knowledge of current Health & Safety Legislation and risk assessments in the provision of landscape and ground maintenance tasks.

You should have experience in a manual working environment and be able to motivate the Association’s estate caretakers, apprentices and trainee placements to achieve a high-quality landscape and grounds maintenance service.  You must be able to work to deadlines; be customer focused and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders; and have a driving license.  You should be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, be conscientious; be flexible in your approach to achieve the requirements of the job; and have a pleasant manner.
