We are currently looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated individual who can use their initiative to help deliver our in-house Landscaping and Estate Caretaking Services.

You will have relevant experience in the direct operation of grass cutting and landscape maintenance machines and in maintaining soft and hard landscaping areas. Easthall Park operates a garden maintenance scheme that entitles qualifying tenants to have their gardens maintained by the co-operative who meet the relevant criteria. You will assist the current caretaking team, (currently Estate Caretaker Supervisor and two Estate Caretakers) with the upkeep of the local estate this also includes cleaning of communal closes on a weekly basis. The caretaking team are responsible for removing all bulk waste from all void properties and communal areas throughout the community as and when required.

You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of safe working practices and be able to plan, organise and deliver your daily workload effectively.

It is an essential requirement of the post that you possess a valid UK driving license.

Easthall Park is a community controlled housing co-operative based in Easterhouse, Glasgow. We currently own 695 rented properties and factor 54 properties.
