Following a successful Investing in Communities fund bid Easthall Park Housing Co-operative are looking to appoint an Employability & Personal Development Adviser.

This is a new post which will principally be aimed at supporting tenants, residents and members of community increase their skill set whilst assisting into the employability market.

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated individual who can use their initiative, experience and skills to help us provide this innovative service to our community.

You will have experience working in the employability sector with proven customer service skills.
You will assist us in achieving our organisational values and objectives.

Applicants must have experience of working in the employability or training sector, display the highest standards of communication, administration and IT skills.

We are a community-controlled housing Co-operative based in Easterhouse, Glasgow and presently own and manage approximately 750 homes.

The Co-operative has historically defined itself as being more than a housing provider, delivering a wide range of social and welfare activities vital to our local community and this role is key to our strategic objectives.
