Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week), 9am - 5pm.

Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role

To work as part of the Corporate Support Team to provide a high quality, customer focused, corporate support service measured against agreed standards that achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

To provide flexible support to the Performance and Governance Manager across a range of activities oriented towards driving performance improvement. Specific responsibility for delivery of all elements of facilities management and organisational health and safety.

To provide flexible support to the Performance and Governance Manager across a range of governance activities, such as support to the Board, AGM and Maryhill Living Board.

On Offer

This role has a competitive salary range of £33,409 - £36,523, EVH Grade 6 PA17 – PA20. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
