1 x Permanent and 1 x Temporary for 12 Months (with potential for extension).
City Property Glasgow are delighted to announce 2 new full time, hybrid positions within our Property Team.
The Chartered Surveyor (Property Management) will support the Assistant Property & Contracts (P&C) Manger in the management and enhancement of the investment property portfolio. Managing a portfolio of assets ensuring all lease obligations are met.
The successful candidate must hold current professional membership of a relevant professional RICS.
