Asset Manager (Technical)

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week).
Entitlements: 26 days annual leave (rising to 29 days after 5 years) plus 12.5 public holidays, pension with Strathclyde Pension Fund.

City Property (Glasgow) LLP are seeking an Asset Manager to manage City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP's property portfolio and identify opportunities for inclusion with the Revenue and Capital plan(s).

The ideal Candidate must be MRICS qualified with considerable Building Surveying experience across a diverse portfolio and capable of leading a team on the delivery of a wide variety of professional services.
