Dunbritton Housing Association Ltd, covers two local authority areas, West Dunbartonshire, and Argyll & Bute. We have been in operation since 1992 and have a stock of 1026 houses, flats and shared ownership properties and factor 350. We are governed by a Board of Management.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and committed Asset Management / Repairs Assistant who understands the needs of housing associations and can deliver a range of effective admin support services in our busy department.

You will ideally have experience in delivering admin support in a busy customer-focused environment as well as a knowledge of asset management and the housing sector.

The position is office based within our new office at 1 Hatters Lane Dumbarton. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to work flexibly on occasion to meet the demands of the service.

In return you will receive generous conditions of employment including 40 days leave (made up of 25 days annual leave & 15 days public holidays), an 8% employer contribution to the Defined Benefit Pension with a Death in Service Benefit.
