We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team.  You will be a key member of the technical services team reporting to the Property and Development Manager, focusing on the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service, administration of our asset management processes, stock condition data gathering, informing capital programmes and the development of our internal quality and performance reporting systems.  Further information is provided in the Application Pack available to download opposite or from our website.

You will be passionate about creating great places for people to live and providing tenant centred services. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of producing performance reports and statistical information
  • A track record in housing maintenance or construction with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities and a varied workload whilst working under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We offer full EVH terms and conditions of employment, including a final salary pension to the successful candidate. The post is based in our modern Ayr office.
