Cunninghame Housing Association is the first Housing Association in Scotland (with more than 50 employees) to be awarded Investors in People Platinum, Investors in Young People Gold Accreditation and Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award.  With almost 3,000 properties in North and East Ayrshire the Association plans to build circa 500 plus houses within the North, East and South and Dumfries and Galloway areas over the next 5 years. The Association aims to achieve excellence in service delivery to its customers and we are now seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our Finance & Corporate Services Department:-

GRADE: Grade 5 (PA13 – PA16)
SALARY: £24,454 - £27,177

Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services / HR Officer you will provide efficient, effective and confidential administration and clerical support to the Associations Human Resources function.  The successful candidate will also provide some support to the Associations Administration department so must have relevant experience working in an Administration environment.  Excellent organisational skills will compliment your ability to deal with conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines to ensure that the Human Resources and Administration function delivers a first-class service to all stakeholders.  To succeed in the role you must be working towards or willing to gain a recognised qualification in Human Resources and be familiar with HR best practice and employment law legislation. The postholder must have excellent minute taking skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
