Cunninghame Housing Association is the first Housing Association in Scotland (with more than 50 employees) to be awarded Investors in People Platinum, Investors in Young People Gold Accreditation and Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award.  With approximately 3,000 affordable rented properties in North and East Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway the Association plans to build circa 500 plus houses within these areas over the next 3 years. POST:  ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE’S OFFICE)
GRADE: Grade 4 (PA9 – PA12)
SALARY: £20,821 - £23,544
35 HOURS PER WEEK


Reporting to the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive, you will provide support and assistance in order to deliver a fully confidential and focussed secretarial service to the Group Chief Executive Officer.  Excellent organisational skills will complement your ability to provide a comprehensive administration support service to the Chief Executive Office. The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy office environment working to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.  You must also be able demonstrate that you can communicate in an assertive and effective manner with all levels of Management and Board Members alike, using different forms of communication ensuring confidentiality at all times.  The postholder must have excellent minute taking skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
