Suspension and Disciplinary Investigations

This session looked at getting the disciplinary process right and carrying out a disciplinary investigation as well as focusing on making the correct decisions for suspension. It was run by Paul McMahon from McMahon Employment Law and was of value to any staff who deal with or assist in the disciplinary process, including Line Managers and those providing an HR service.
