January Mindfulness Event

Our first Mindfulness session was held on Tuesday 26th January 2021 from 11.00am to 12.00pm and the series began with an introduction to the simple, scientifically proven techniques - ideal if it’s new to you or as a refresher if you already have some experience.
We will be offering a Mindfulness Session to all our members on the last Tuesday every month and the programme is designed to be attended as and when you wish, you do not need to attend them all, although you are more than welcome to.
