To complement this we have completed a staff restructure and we are looking for an exceptional person for the following post: 

Technical & Property Asset Manager
Salary: £39,099 to £43,791 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week


This is a new role in our Investment Department dealing with repair, maintenance and improvement of our property assets. You’ll be an experienced professional, with a detailed working knowledge of property repair and maintenance, ideally within a social housing setting.  You’ll also have experience of managing and/or delivering property improvement contracts with tenants in situ and some experience of new build housing contracts. You’ll be committed to customer service excellence and value for money services.  You will be able to plan strategically and motivate colleagues to form creative and innovative solutions.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant qualification in a technical profession, and will demonstrate a thorough understanding of Scottish social housing standards and property investment requirements.  Equally important, we expect the successful candidate to reflect our values, attitudes and approaches to work.
