We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to lead our Housing Operations Support Team (HOST) which forms a key part of our Housing Management Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within the Association contributing to the development and delivery of our customer focused housing management and factoring services to over 1400 tenants and factoring owners in the Forth Valley area.

The post holder will be an experienced housing professional who will be responsible for the supervision of a multi functional team delivering allocations, lettings, repairs and frontline advice and reception services. A strong commitment to first class customer service and tenant involvement is essential.

Excellent leadership skills, customer services skills, strong IT skills, the ability to identify priorities and meet tight deadlines are essential attributes for applicants for this post. The ability to work flexibly and work effectively as part of a team is also required.

The post is 35 hours per week with flexible working hours however there may be a requirement for some out of hours working.
