With over 2000 tenants, residential and commercial owners receiving services and with 40 years local experience, Glasgow West Housing Association Ltd (GWHA) is a respected community controlled, charitable housing services provider in the West End of Glasgow.

GWHA operates within a mature set of multi-tenure, inner city neighbourhoods, in the Anderston, Burnbank Gardens, Hillhead, Kelvingrove, Hyndland and Partick communities, in the West of Glasgow. The area consists mainly of tenure invisible, high density pre-1919 tenemental stock, with few gap sites and infrequent, challenging, development opportunities.

We are proud of our resilience and roots; originating from Hillhead HA in 1978 and maturing through the successful fusion of 7 housing stock transfers; 5 from local housing associations and 2 from Glasgow Housing Association.

GWHA employs 60 staff, owns 1486 houses and through our subsidiary, Glasgow West Enterprises Ltd, provides factoring services to 581 residential and commercial owners.

Services Administrator (Property Services)
Grade 3 - £16,948 - £19,499 per annum

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Property Services Team working on Customer Service and Satisfaction Initiatives.

The successful candidate will be performance driven and will demonstrate role flexibility, proficient IT skills, excellent communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.

Key tasks will include -

• Assisting the delivery of projects, including liaising with residents and other relevant stakeholders  
• Maintaining administrative records including Customer Satisfaction, Contractor Performance.
• Supporting the implementation and administration of Asset Management Software.
• Assisting with the administration of cyclical works, including liaising with tenants and contractors regarding annual gas servicing.
• Assisting with resident queries.
