We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Property Services Team actively assisting and supporting the delivery of robust asset management, procurement and sustainability strategies, with a focus on the protection of property investment and assets.

The successful candidate will be performance driven, and will demonstrate role flexibility, proficient IT skills, excellent communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.

Core Responsibilities:
    Commitment to enhanced customer service through the provision of quality advice, information and support to residents and the community
    Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, reporting and administrative systems.  

Key Tasks:
    Front-line customer service and first point of contact for telephone calls to Property Services Team.
    Liaising with customers to accurately record details of property repairs, including providing information on the Statutory Right to Repair.
    Processing works orders, and liaising with contractors to ensure compliance with response times.
    Ensuring robust management of key register and long term void inspections.
    Co-ordinating customer / contractor / service officer access to facilitate property inspections and work progress.
    Maintaining and updating records/systems and preparing statistical information for reporting purposes.
    Supporting the Services Team in the administration of policies and procedures (including annual gas servicing; alterations and improvements) and in the delivery of team plans, objectives and performance indicators.
