Oak Tree Housing Association is a successful community based Association, owning and managing 1711 rented homes and providing services for over 1,000 home owners in Inverclyde.

The Association now requires to recruit two additional, highly motivated and committed individuals within our Development & Technical Services Section, to help us meet our service and performance objectives:

Senior Maintenance Officer (Planned & Cyclical)
EVH Grade 8 PA28 – PA31
£37,412 - £40,476 p.a.
35 hours per week


Reporting to the Technical/Mainteenance Manager (T/MM), the Senior Maintenance Officer (Planned & Cyclical) will assist the T/MM manage the Association’s cyclical and planned maintenance programmes, in addition to managing an element of day to day reactive and void repairs, for all properties.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate (ideally in Microsoft Packages) and have well developed skills to enable the delivery of high quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers. A formal qualification in a building related discipline is desirable. In return, the Association provides excellent conditions of service.
