Ardenglen is a community based housing association established in 1990. We operate from a modern office in Castlemilk, Glasgow and own and manage over 950 homes for rent.  We also have a new build development programme.

We are now looking for motivated, dynamic and resilient individuals to join our dedicated team.

Senior Customer Services Assistant (35 hours) Grade 5
(Flexi System)

The position of Senior Customer Services Assistant is a newly created post within our Operations Team. Based at the office reception area, you will have responsibility to ensure an efficient and high quality service is provided to both customers and colleagues.

The successful candidate will problem solve, organise and prioritise workload while reacting to the needs of the business. This is a multi tasked customer focussed postion and you will need excellent communication, organisational and people skills.

With a commitment to customer satisfaction, core tasks will include answering and directing telephone calls, promoting and administering our regeneration activities, processing repair requests and outstanding complaint handling.

Reporting to the Senior Housing Officer, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• Expeience in a customer service environment

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Commitment to Customer Care
• Enthusiasm and willing to 'go the extra mile'
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
